Wine: IGP Côtes de Thau 2022 Chardonnay Beauvignac

Grape: Chardonnay

Tasting note: Pale golden yellow in color. Aromas of flowers, tobacco and something of vanilla and butter. Touch of exoticism. On the palate, the wine sets elegantly and thickly. Rich and plump, but also very well balanced. Something of white fruit. Butter. Subtle and nice wood flavor with a pleasant bitterness.

Wine: IGP Pays D'Oc 2021 Maison 33 rouge Cabernet Merlot

Grape: 50% Cabernet Sauvignon en 50% Merlot

Tasting note: Powerful Bordeaux red color. Expressive nose of red and black fruits (cherries and berries) followed by some sweet spices and toast. Juicy and tasty attack on the palate with plenty of roundness and soft tannins. Slightly spicy with a little pepper. Spicy. Slightly smoky due to partly American oak. An inviting and ideal house wine with filling and flavor.

Wine: Cava Pont de Ferro Brut

Grape: 40% Xarel.lo, 40% Macabeo, 20% Parellada

Tasting note: Bright straw yellow color with green glow and a fine pearly mousse. On the nose we discover soft developing aromas of flowers, ripe fruit and citrus. On the palate, the taste is extremely lively with pleasing elegance and balance. In the aftertaste we return with fresh white fruit and citrus. A refreshing, enjoyable and very balanced cava.
